Ishai writes funny stuff for TV and film. He’s recently scripted Totally Spies for WB, having previously worked on 101 Dalmatian Street for Disney. He also scripted Condorito, an animated feature from 20th Century Fox that hit the #1 box office spot in several countries. Ishai was hired to write the sequel. In the pre-school space, Ishai’s written multiple episodes of Peppa Pig and Odo, for which he was nominated for an Annie and won the 2023 Irish Animation Award for Best Writer. Other pre-school experience include Zack & Quack and Vipo: Adventures of the Flying Dog.
Ishai specialises in comedy with heart, with wacky action set pieces sprinkled on top. He got his break working on a WWE-style wrestling show which he wrote while polishing his thesis on romantic poetry at uni. Ishai also wrote a number of award-winning ads, including these for Raid: Shadow Legends, with talents such as Jeff Goldblum, Alec Baldwin, and Ronda Rousey.
